Flight and Ground School Training
Tig Air Aviation is equipped to handle all the flight and ground training for the Commercial license. Tig Air Aviation has a flight examiner on staff.
Some of our commercial students, who plan on earning their Flight Instructor rating, conduct the majority of the training on the commercial maneuvers from the right seat, and are under training as CFI applicants. Once they have earned their Commercial License, they have completed the bulk of their training for the CFI check ride.
What does the commercial pilot license cost?
Because of the wide variety of pilot experience, background and hours, it is difficult to put a precise cost on a Commercial License without conducting a logbook audit. After the audit is complete a training program can be designed just for you. Here are the hourly costs of the airplanes we fly in the Commercial Certification Program.
- C- 172 $95.00 per hour
- Your airplane, instructional fee only
- Flt. Inst. $49.00 hour
